Bill Hader is definitely not grouchy. He’s so happy to be with Elmo and Murray on Sesame Street that nothing could possibly make Bill grouchy. How could he be grouchy when Murray just gave him a bowl of cereal with no milk in it. Cereal with no milk? Hmmm, Bill is not very happy about this – he’s downright grouchy.
