Season 9 was a pretty interesting point in the franchise’s history (though not as divisive as Season 10). The BBC, a very powerful voice in UK television, felt that Barney was too American, disliking the kids and the educational, non-story driven format. As a response from HiT, every Season 9 episode was remade and cut short, such as this episode “Imagine That.” Enjoy this interesting tidbit in Barney’s history that has rarely been seen outside the UK.
