Driving REAL Tractors!

What a SHOCKING turn of events for us! We decided to head up to New Jersey to visit Diggerland. We have been once before when Michael was about 2 year old, and Owen is far more obsessed with tractors and diggers that Michael ever was, so we were really excited to go. Here’s the awesome part–they kept the park closed and only let us in for the entire day!!! So cool right??!! Here’s the crazy part: the weather was insane. It went from nice, sunny weather to 40 degrees with light rain and wind. Being from California, we were NOT prepared for such cold weather. We also didn’t have any warm clothes with us…..so we found a few things at Ross (I should have taken the weather more seriously and gotten more) and had a great day! I just wish I had worn more than a light wind breaker and thin leggings for myself. My hands got so cold that my fingers were turning white and losing circulation, so you’ll notice Matt filmed almost the entire first day at Diggerland for us (thumbs up for that!). Day 2 was back to normal nice weather–insane!! Anyway, we made some awesome memories there as a family and if you get the chance, be sure to pay them a visit!!! (Also the water park is literally one of the cutest I have ever seen, don’t you love it?!) Thank you Diggerland for hosting us!!
