Hasbro and Milton Bradley’s Hungry Hungry Hippos was always one of my favorite games. Even though it was complete chaos with marbles flying everywhere me and my friends loved to play it. Play Doh has taken this old favorite and replaced the marbles with Play Doh fish – making the game a little less chaotic, but still pretty fun.
Notes-

– Comes with three can of Play Doh – very tiny cans of black and red, and a small can of orange.

– The Hungry Hungry Hippo (it only comes with one) opens and closes his jaw as he moves.

– It would be better if it came with two hippos so that you could actually attempt to play the game.

Final Verdict – While the set isn’t a classic Play Doh toy since the modeling clay takes a back seat to the hippos. However, combined with a second Hungry, Hungry Hippos playset it can provide lots of fun for kids that want to use Play Doh fish instead of marbles for their game.

Lego Duplo Little Mermaid Ariel Magic Boat Ride Toy Review

The Little Mermaid is one of my daughter’s (and her friends) favorite Disney movies. While her all-time favorite movie features princess Belle in Beauty and the Beast – The Little Mermaid scores very high on the list. The Lego Duplo Ariel’ Ariel’s Magic Boat Rider features allows your child to recreate the memorable boat scene from the Little Mermaid. Just watch… your daughter (or son) may try to make Ariel and Eric finish in a big kiss!

Notes-

– Includes Ariel, Eric, and a block with Sebastian on it. Ariel’s arms and head moves – and she bends at the waist. She also has the ability to snapped into place in both the standing and sitting position.

– The castle scene that is pictured on the box is pretty difficult to make. Children under 5 will struggle making anything that resembles the castle on the box

– A dress is included for Ariel – it simply slides into place.

– The Play set is pretty basic and the designs on the box can be made by a 4 or 5 year old. Regardless, it is pretty easy to snap them both into the boat – even if the parents help with the castle.

Final Verdict – One of the more difficult Lego Duplo sets, however with the help of a parent most fans of The Little Mermaid will enjoy creating scenes with the Dupo blocks and playing with Ariel and her friends.

What kid does not like Little Debbie Snack Cakes? While it may not be as tasty as the real thing the Play Doh Little Debbie Snack Cake Kitchen allows your family to make some very real Play Doh Snack Cakes. Our family enjoys playing with Play Doh sets – and the Play Doh Little Debbie Snack Cake is one of our favorites – and ranks up there with the Play Doh Drill N Fill and the Play Doh Disney Princess Rapunzel Hairstyle set.

Notes-

– Come with three cans of Play Doh – two medium sized cans and one large can of brown Play Doh

– A stove, cupboard, a small press, plate, and knife are included in the set.

– Contains 4 mold plates that fit into the both the cupboard and the stove – these mold will allow you to make a variety of Little Debbie Snacks – including nutty bars, oatmeal cakes, brownies, zebra bars, and other treats.

Final Verdict – The Play Doh Little Debbie Snack Cake Kitchen allows you and your family to make very real looking treats. My wife and I like that it is pretty easy to clean-up once your done.
