Kids can convert Lightning McQueen from a car to an airplane. Wings, a lightning visor, and plastic projectiles will pop out. Everything easily pops back into place to transform the car. As a car, Lightning McQueen has driving sounds and phrases. Once transformed into a plane, the toy reveals rocket booster lights. Lightning McQueen Hawk aerocar features built-in sensors responding to kids’ movements with sound effects and phrases.

After learning how to fly, Lightning McQueen, also a stunt plane, helps Mater at one point when he is in trouble.
