How to Feel Focused – Let’s practice Body Scanning!

When you’re focused on the thing that you’re doing, you are most likely to get it done. And do it well – happy days!

To get good at focusing, practice Body Scanning!

Imagine your focus is a torch light. Shine your light on each part of your body one at a time. Start with your feet and work up slowly. Not forgetting your arms, your hands and your face! I like to do this, lying on the sofa – and it’s really relaxing too. Try it yourself!
