Время выпечки: 40 минут
Время остывания: 80 минут

какао-порошок – ¼ стакана
яйца – 8 шт.
мука – 1 ⅓ чашки
сахар – 1 стакан
сливочное масло – ¼ стакана + ⅓ стакана
разрыхлитель – 1 ст.л
шоколадные палочки – 2 упаковки
молочный шоколад – 2 ¼ чашки
шоколадная паста – 1 ст.л
зелёный мармелад – 2 шт.
оранжевый пищевой краситель – 1 ст.л
белый шоколад – 1 чашка
листья мяты

Прямоугольная форма для торта

Для шоколадного торта: отделите яичные желтки от белков и взбейте белки до загустения. После этого смешайте какао-порошок, желтки, муку, сахар, разрыхлитель и растопленное сливочное масло, затем аккуратно добавьте взбитые в густую пену белки. Выпекать 40 минут при температуре 180°С. После выпечки и охлаждения отрежьте 2 сантиметра от краев торта, затем покройте растопленным молочным шоколадом.

Отрежьте концы у 4 шоколадных палочек, затем отрежьте ⅓ оставшихся палочек (см. видео). Положите 4 целые палочки на тарелку. Растопите 1 порцию молочного шоколада и капните 4 раза на каждую палочку. Поместите 4 предварительно нарезанные шоколадные палочки поверх растопленного шоколада, чтобы сформировать опору для растения. После этого сделайте 17 маленьких лестниц, соединяя 2 средние палочки с 3 маленькими, используя расплавленный шоколад. Поставьте в холодильник на 30 минут.

Поместите обрезки торта в миску, добавьте растопленное сливочное масло, шоколадную пасту и перемешайте. Сформируйте 5 шариков, нарисуйте зубочисткой линии на шариках, чтобы получились тыквы, и воткните зубочистки в центр. Сформируйте 6 морковок из оставшейся смеси, воткните зубочистки в концы и положите в холодильник на 20 минут.

Разместите маленькие лестницы из шоколадных палочек по краю торта. Затем отрежьте не шоколадные части от 12 палочек и положите шоколадные части на торт, образуя 3 прямоугольника. Поместите не шоколадные детали между прямоугольниками, чтобы сформировать дорожку. После этого сформируйте две линии из кончиков шоколадных палочек на противоположных сторонах одного из прямоугольников. Оберните одну зеленую мармеладную конфету вокруг большой решетки из шоколадных палочек и поместите ее на край прямоугольника.

Насыпьте растертые в крошку остатки торта в каждый прямоугольник. Растопите белый шоколад, смешайте с оранжевым пищевым красителем и опустите в смесь шоколадные тыквы и морковь.
Поставьте в холодильник на 30 минут. Сформируйте линии на моркови, поместите их в один из прямоугольников и замените зубочистки зеленым мармеладом. Поместите тыквы в другой прямоугольник и замените зубочистки листьями мяты. Наконец, поместите листья мяты в последний прямоугольник и наслаждайтесь!

Совет: Чтобы отделить яичные желтки от яичных белков, вы можете использовать шумовку. Просто вылейте разбитые яйца на шумовку и дайте белкам стечь в миску!

Meeting Our Surrogate for the First Time emotional

We filmed our very first time meeting our surrogate because we knew it was going to be something very special. Turns out we were right, she was just as amazing, sweet and kind as we imagined she would be. I was emotional meeting her for the first time. After being incredibly nervous to first meet her, I was just overcome with excitement, joy, relief and gratitude. This was a very special milestone because it documents the beginning of one of my most valuable relationships I have made. We also get to see our new little baby for the very first time on the ultrasound. This is just one of the most special vlogs, and I have held onto it and not shared it for a few months because it was so special to my heart. Please enjoy it!!
