So we made the best of a kind of bad situation and we took our kids to the snow! We had SUCH a good time. On the way back, we found a park that was completely decorated with Christmas lights. It was absolutely magical to see a park looking like that! We had tons of fun playing in the freezing cold at night surrounded by all kinds of lights. Afterwards, Alyssa got a lesson on toilet plunging that I’m still laughing pretty hard about 🙂 Unfortunately, there wasn’t any good news with my grandma, and we are going to make it a priority to go see her where she is now before it’s too late.
