Sesame Street: Jingle Bells and Seashells Holiday Song

Ever wonder what the holidays are like in places that don’t have snow? Well Cookie Monster and Elmo are learning how to celebrate where it’s warm all year long! Make sure to sing along with the lyrics below:

There is no better weather
To celebrate together
Here where it never snows
With the sun in the sky
And the sand beneath your toes.

Elmo can’t believe what he sees.
They put lights on palm trees
Paint festive sea shells
To bring holiday cheer
As we listen to jingle bells

Tell me please
Does this holiday still have cookie?
Sure me love the heat
Relaxing and swimming
But this monster’s got to eat

Sway this way and that way
With fun in the sun
Sway, sway, sway
Jingle bells and sea shells
Deck the halls and waterfalls
Sway, sway, sway

You’ll be warm inside and out
So get up and shout
Happy Holiday!

Santa’s here for winter getaway
To dance the hula
Before flying on his Christmas sleigh
He’s got sunblock on his nose
Sipping eggnog as he Ho, Ho, Hos

This holiday’s not different in every way
Me still spend it with friends who like to play
We dance in the heat
Sway together to the beat
And share a holiday treat

Sway this way and that way
With fun in the sun
Sway, sway, sway
Jingle bells and sea shells
Deck the halls and waterfalls
Sway, sway, sway

You’ll be warm inside and out
So get up and shout
Happy Holiday!
