After returning a lost chicken to a farmer, Captain Monsterica gets red, itchy spots all over him! It’s the chicken pox! But, chickens don’t cause chicken pox! Without a moment to lose, the Purple Protector whisks Captain Monsterica back to their secret superhero base to nurse him back to health. But nothing works! In fact, the Purple Protector’s ultimate cure-all – honey – leaves Captain Monsterica with even bigger bumps than before! The Purple Protector is determined to help his pal! But Captain Monsterica is not sure he can handle what the Purple Protector has in store next, so he sends the Purple Protector off on a journey far away to gather something that is known to completely cure chicken pox – snow from the tippy-top of Mt. Everest. Does the Purple Protector fulfill his mission to get the snow? Does Captain Monsterica get over the chicken pox on his own? Do the chicken and Captain Monsterica form a meaningful, lasting friendship while the Purple Protector is away? Find out!
