Анимационная студия “Simpals” выпустила новую короткометражку “Dji. Death Sails”:
Джи – не очень везучая смерть, которой никак не удается выполнить свою работу. На этот раз ему предстоит встретиться с пиратом, который остался один на плоту посреди открытого моря. Ситуация идеальна, ничто не должно помешать Джи, но неожиданно события принимают совсем другой оборот.
Пиратская тематика – любимейший источник вдохновения для множества сценаристов, режиссеров, да и вообще киношников. Есть в этих бравых сорвиголов что-то романтическое, приключенческое и хулиганское. Этот мультфильм тоже на пиратскую тематику, но главным действующим лицом в этой короткометражке являются не сами пираты, а обыкновенная, хоть и очень веселая, смерть. Не надо думать, что мультик мрачный, наоборот, это – возможно самый позитивный и качественный мультфильм на постсоветском пространстве (авторы с Молдовы) о пиратах и не только, со времен «Острова Сокровищ».
