The Little Mermaid is one of my daughter’s (and her friends) favorite Disney movies. The Lego Duplo Ariel’ Undersea Castle features Ariel and her friends Flounder and Sebastian. A bit of a word of caution – while it is a fun playset it is also a little more advanced. So while a 3 year old may struggle with out the help of a parent – they still will enjoy acting out adventures featuring Ariel and her friends.
Notes-
– Includes Ariel, Flounder and a block with Sebastian on it. Ariel’s arms and head moves – and she bends at the waist. She also has the ability to snapped into place in both the standing and sitting position.
– The castle scene that is pictured on the box is pretty difficult to make. Children under 5 will struggle making anything that resembles the castle on the box
– Comes with a swing, slide, treasure chest, and treasures that can be placed around Ariel’s castle.
– While the playset is rather complex there are lots of castle designs that can be created.
Final Verdict – One of the more difficult Lego Duplo sets, however with the help of a parent most fans of The Little Mermaid will enjoy creating scenes with the Dupo blocks and playing with Ariel and her friends.
