Barney and his friends prepare for the Shapes Carnival in the park. Riff knows he will do well at the carnival because he is wearing his lucky medal. Suddenly, Riff is panicked that his good luck medal is gone, so Barney and the others help him find it. When Riff can’t find his good luck medal anywhere, he won’t be able to play the games. With Barney’s guidance, Riff has fun playing the games and he realized he didn’t need his lucky medal play and have fun.

BJ and Riff find a pirate map, but in order to find the treasure, they have to be able to count. Since Baby Bop hasn’t learned to count yet, Barney offers to help teach her so she is not left behind. In the end, Baby Bop learns to count.

Barney & Friends: 10x08B Letters (2006)
BJ and Baby Bop play with alphabet toys in the park, and Barney soon appears to guide them. Later, Riff announces that he will be performing a concert in the park and needs a sign to advertise it. Using alphabet magnets, the group creates a sign reading “Music Concert.” Soon afterwards, a crowd arrives to hear Riff’s rendition of “The Alphabet Song”.
