It’s exercise day. Time for Barney to show his Friends that turning young bodies into strong bodies can be great fun! How does he do it? With a grand group of games, puzzles and twists and turns. Barney’s buddies put on a fantastic follow-the-leader, they play “animals in motion” and Barney himself leads the gang in a great version of “shape-up freeze.” The children find out you can do big things if you stick up to it. And how it good it feels to keep your body movin’.
