The kids want to buy a friend, a castle, and a plant for their goldfish, Goldie, but they don’t quite have enough money. And to make matters worse, Stephen’s special quarter is missing. Barney and the children sell cookies and lemonade and recycle aluminum cans to raise money, but they still come up exactly 25 cents short—until Scooter comes to the rescue by solving the mystery of the missing quarter.
