Newest die-cast of “Acer with welding torch” sold exclusively at Kmart stores for the new Cars 2 2012 K-day 8 collector’s event that happened today june 16, 2012.

This Acer with torch also called Acer with welding torch is a 1:55 scale diecast with just the props like the torch, goggles and welding torch cylinder in the back are made of plastic and not removable.

Acer has always felt like an outcast in the car world. The beat-up green AMC Pacer joined forces with his fellow “lemon” cars as henchmen for the devious Professor Z, whose clandestine mission is to wreak havoc at the highly visible World Grand Prix. Acer must hunt down the American and British secret agents who have stolen crucial information about Professor Z’s underhanded plot. His primary target just happens to be Mater, who has been mistaken for a spy. Acer tries very hard to be a tough guy, but he is over eager compared to his no nonsense partner Grem. Acer used Deployable machine guns in the airport very briefly, but it turns out Acer has two machine guns, one in the right, the other in the left. In Cars 2, he uses the right machine gun in the Airport Escape, and the left machine gun in the streets of London to get Mater. Acer is modeled as a 1975 AMC Pacer car. Acer’s tires read “Road Hug – Rack And Minion”. .

Celine Dephare (pronounce “say•leen duh•far”) is a French headlights vendor. Phare means headlights in French, her name means in French “Celine of headlights”. Celine’s eyes are in her headlights, the car part she coincidentally sells in Paris at the Marché Aux Pièces. When Mater strolls into her stall, her unusual appearance scares him away. She’s the only character from Cars, Cars Toon and Cars 2 with eyes in her headlights. In the Cars 2 movie Celine Dephare windows are fully transparent and reveal her interior showing rearview mirror, seats, dashboard, and a steering wheel. Unfortunately her diecast is opaque. .

Cheerful, honest and loyal to a fault, Mater rushes to his best friend’s defense, which ultimately lands the off-duty Lightning in an international racing exhibition: the World Grand Prix. When Lightning invites Mater to come along as a member of his pit crew, Mater leaves Carburetor County for the first time ever. Not long after their arrival in Tokyo, Mater learns that the world outside of Radiator Springs is decidedly different and its newfangled ways may take some getting used to. But when he’s mistaken for an American secret agent, he falls into an intriguing adventure of his own. Caught between supporting his best friend on a globe-trotting racing competition and his new role in international espionage, Mater ends up in an explosive chase through the streets of Tokyo and Europe alongside a team of British spies and international bad guys. Holley Shiftwell plays Mator’s love interest; Mator is mezmerized by her beauty and falls for her immediately.

“WASABI MATER”
While in Tokyo, Mater is driving around looking for free food. He asks the Sushi Chef what he has that’s free. He doesn’t respond however, as Mater quickly reacts when he sees the wasabi, mistaking it for pistachio ice cream. He asks for some, and the Chef gives him a small morsel, but Mater asks for more and more, until the Chef finally gives him a very large scoop. Mater then tries the wasabi, and burns his mouth badly.
– Mater says: Hey, what do you got here that’s free? How about that pistachio ice cream?
– No, no. Wasabi.
– Oh, same old, same old. What’s up with you?
– That looks delicious.
– Uh, a little more please. It is free, right? Keep it coming. A little more. Come on, let’s go, it’s free! You’re getting there. Scoop, scoop. There you go! Now that’s a scoop of ice cream.
– My condolences. .

Erik, son of the penguins Mumble and Gloria, is reluctant to try dancing as most of the penguins in Emperor-Land do. Erik’s first attempt at dancing makes most of the other penguins laugh at him because he slips,gets his head stuck underground,then accidentally pees.This embarrasses Erik. Erik and his two friends, Boadicia and Atticus, follow Ramon to Adélie-Land and finds that Adélie-Land has been ruled by a God-like penguin named The Mighty Sven. Sven is the last of his kind who survived death by his ability to fly. Erik instantly becomes enamored with Sven, who takes a liking to him. Sven and Lovelace tell the others that they were saved by humans. The two eventually flee and end up on Antartica, where Sven performs his first miracle by revealing moss to the local penguins. Sven uses his power of “Sven Think” to help Ramon find a mate. Ramon instantly falls in love with Carmen, another Adélie penguin who is uninterested. Mumble follows the chicks’ footprints to Adélie-land and orders them to return to Emperor-Land, but they refuse. Sven sends Erik back to Emperor-land with Mumble.

this is my video of the new diecast from Mattel #31 Don Crumlin aka Russ Gremlin. This is a 1:55 scale diecast and he is similar to J.Curby Gremlin.

J. Curby Gremlin is the current patriach of the Gremlin crime family. J. Curby Gremlin is a purple and yellow striped gremlin car who works with Professor Z. He is head of the Gremlin family. J. Curby and the other main heads of the three lemon families (Pacer, Trunkov, Hugo) attend a meeting with Professor Z in Porto Corsa to discuss their evil plans about discrediting Allinol by using the electromagnetic pulse generator disguised as a camera to cause the racers in the World Grand Prix that use the gas to blow their engines and crash, and ensure that all cars keep using conventional fuel to secure the profits of their “lemon” organization who managed to secure the largest unexplored oil resources in the world. J. Curby is seen smiling at the idea. He mentioned himself that he is from Detroit, Michigan when Victor Hugo entered the meeting room in Italy. Near the end of the film, J. Curby Gremlin is sprayed all over by Red from behind. He is then arrested in London with his fellow lemons Pacer, Trunkov and Hugo. .
