The kids are frightened after a thunderstorm sends them inside. Barney comes to life and helps the kids and Baby Bop turn their fears into positive thoughts. From making their own storm to making silly monster masks, the gang discovers that scary things can be turned into something fun. Barney even helps Tal overcome his fear of dogs when he meets Yana’s puppy.
