It’s Chris’ turn to cook dinner with me and he’s making us something super yummy! This is a quick dinner that you at home can easily make in under 30 minutes. Chris likes making this with asparagus also–and surprisingly, the first time he tried making asparagus, he realized he liked eating it! Letting my kids cook the meals has been a great way to let them try eating new and different foods. Also–Chris did this meal entirely by himself and he is SUPER proud that he memorized the recipe and can make it so well (and that we all enjoy his cooking), so please show him your love with lots of thumbs up!!
