We did our first scavenger hunt and it was so much fun! The kids just kept getting more and more enthusiastic on our green rainbow leprechaun hunt! After our Saint Patrick’s Day Leprechaun scavenger hunt, we had our traditional (American) Irish dinner, followed by cookie decorating! My sister also made us RAINBOW unicorn cupcakes!!! We have a rare spring event happening in California right now. Due to the excessive rain over the winter, wildflowers are sprouting by the thousands! People are driving from all over to go see them. You’ll know when flowers are coming up along the highway when there is traffic along the freeway–people can’t drive by without taking a look. There are fields of wild flowers everywhere and it’s just gorgeous. We went on a hike, even though it was SUPER hot, but we made it and saw beautiful views. We decided that it was time to start getting things set up for the new baby. That means big changes in some of the bedding that we currently use.
